Our Event Management (some refer to is as “Day-of-Coordinator” or “Month-of-Coordinator”) service is perfect for couples, like you, who prefer to do their own wedding planning, but want the piece of mind of hiring a professional to organize and coordinate the wedding day logistics.
We will be at your service six (6) weeks prior to your wedding, and by your side on your day to ensure an extraordinary day just as you envisioned.
- We’ll create your timeline flow and finalize any last details.
- We engage with your selected vendors to ensure the plan you’ve laid you goes smoothly
- During your wedding week – we’ll coordinate your wedding rehearsal along side your officiant.
- Be your day-of-coordinator on your wedding day you’ll have nothing to worry about
Our wedding coordination service starts at $2,800 and includes a lead planner and assistant who will oversee the execution of your day and attend to you and your VIP guests.
Between the day I reached out and getting an invoice was probably 5 – 7 days max. It was very efficient process, which I really appreciated. She was amazing to work with, very thorough, understood and executed on my vision impeccably.
